How It Works
The first step is to meet with one of our design team members. We will go over all the aspects of your swimming pool construction with you. We will answer questions regarding swimming pool design, maintenance, chlorine vs. salt water, water feature options, and anything else you might have in mind. We will draw up an initial design and tweak it until it is exactly what you want.
When you have settled on a design you love we will go over cost and swimming pool build time estimates. We offer financing if you need and can make the process seamless.
Start The Building Process For Your New Swimming Pool
Once you approve the in-ground gunite swimming pool design we will begin by excavating the area. We will excavate for not only the swimming pool but all the plumbing, electrical, and gas for the features you have selected.
After excavation we install the plumbing, electrical and gas that is going to be under the pool area. We then are able to build the basic pool structure out of rebar. You will start to see the shape of your pool at this point.
The gunite is installed over the rebar and shaped by our master swimming pool concrete contractors. This is truly an art and our concrete finishers are some of the best in the industry. After the gunite is installed we will show you how to water the pool. That’s right, during the curing process it is essential that you water the pool daily to ensure no cracks develop. We can either leave this up to you or you have have one of our team members water it for you.
Once the gunite is completely set up, roughly 30 days, we work on finishing up the plumbing, electrical, gas, plaster, and tile work. The last step in your in-ground swimming pool build is to fill it with water!
